Lead Internally

Some schools lead implementation internally, with Astra’s structured guidance supporting every stage.

Astra-Coached

Others choose to have Astra coaches work directly with their team — running the early classroom sessions personally alongside your own teachers, and building the internal capacity your staff needs to sustain the model well beyond that first term.

Both paths follow the same structured, 90-day pathway — roughly one academic term — from readiness and preparation through classroom implementation, evidence review, and improvement.

A small cohort of AI Framework teachers can lead students through a focused four-week DEEP™ course. Once students understand the model, subject teachers receive concise guidance and resources to reinforce the same thinking process across their own classrooms.
